The apartment is on a quiet street with large trees and right near the Cooks River parklands, but only minutes away from public transport and shops. And the newly opened Greenway is just on the doorstep.

The room is bright and with a nice outlook to a garden, and it's well designed with all great matching IKEA furniture and a very comfortable single bed.

I am a busy professional working full-time in the education sector. So, I love being at home, which is my sanctuary, and appreciate its peace. In my free time I enjoy cooking or just chilling. I also love the outdoors, exercising, catching up with friends or gardening on the balcony. My priorities are cleanliness, clear communication and mutual respect and consideration. I would love a flatmate with same values and who is tidy, mature and responsible, and who leaves a space the way they found it.
