About the flatmates
The house:
Sharing inside the house a family of three, A married couple (retired: Journalist & Chef) and sometimes our daughter (32, Half lives here)
We are experienced by having travellers, friends & family come and go and stay in our different rooms.
We've enjoyed having people stay with us both short & long term.
We don't ask for a cleaning roster, We ask to just clean as you go and we will maintain the deep cleans.
The house is very easy going, we love cooking, gardening, listening to music (at an appropriate time and volume)
No pets as we have a dog (see pictures, he's very friendly and respectful)
The room:
Rent: $290/week including all bills - fast speed internet and extender.
- Private access to the street (Two doors in the room)
- Big window with lots of sun (faces a wall though :P)

Everything is within a 15 minute walk:
3 minute walk to multiple different bus routes.
12 minute walk to Dulwich hill train station.
4 minute walk to Dulwich Grove light rail stop.
close to cafes, shops, delis, local pub, parks, golf course, cycle/runways and even a kayak spot if you're keen.
Backyard:
We mainly hangout in the backyard during the warmer months tending to our garden/vegie patch.
Or enjoy our outdoor seating area and fruit trees.
Kitchen:
Tons of kitchen appliances, plus a gas stove and oven.
- Air fryer, sandwich press, espresso/double coffee machine, Just about any tool you can think of as one of us were a chef!
Laundry:
We have a full laundry, Washer, dryer, clothes horse, hills hoist & separate under cover outdoor clothes line.
In house shared bathroom:
Full bath & shower, separate shower (weird I know), plenty of your own storage, towel rack & heated towel rack for the winter time or cold days. A designated cupboard & drawer for you.
