This is a long-term sublet for at least 10 months, but two years is possible. I'm in Melbourne for up to two years but love this flat and don't want to give it up!
You'll be sharing with Amir, who is quiet, polite and friendly and a good communicator. He regularly goes to the gym, rarely drinks or parties. He works from home a couple of days per week.
