One is mine and the other for you and the other housemate to use (again, he never really cooks! So you practically have that fridge to yourself too). Well equipped household- has a sofa in lounge, dining table and chairs. Kitchen is equipped too. You can use the cooking utensils but you must wash up so others can use it. Off street parking. Bus and tram 59 near by directly to City and Melbourne University. 10 minutes walk to Glenverbie train station. Very close to city. Although the suburb is Essendon, it is actually the borderline of Moonee Ponds side. So we do the Coles/Woolies shopping at Moonee Ponds and many nice cafes around.
