I have one room available in my house in Graceville. The rooms is $155 for a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe that includes hanging space and upper wardrobe storage. The room also has a ceiling fan and a lot of windows with fly screens. It can easily fit a double/queen bed, + shelving/drawers (I'd say you could fit a desk in too if you were clever with space). The house itself has a huge modern kitchen, a study (the study can fit another desk in it atm, if you wanted to place one there- I also have no problem with people studying at my desk), one large bathroom (shower and bath) with a separate toilet, a garage with an automated door, and a huge downstairs area that you could turn into whatever you wanted (I haven't furnished the space). The downstairs area has a bit of a dungeony feel to it imo, but if you want to have your room there that's fine by me too. The house is located super close to public transport- 7 minutes walk to the train station (Ipswich line) and 3 minutes walk to city or indooroopilly bound buses. It is also situated closely to local cafes, restaurants and parks.
