We live in a self contained flat that forms part of our family home. Your room and amenities are in the main house.
The living and kitchen/ family/ dining areas are located on the ground floor.
The home is conveniently located near two bus stops, not far from the freeway entrance. On street parking is available in a quiet cul de sac.
The neighbourhood is family oriented and peaceful with lots of well established trees and greenery.
We are also conveniently located close to shopping centres, parks and the river. we both work full time and enjoy exercising at the local gym on a daily basis.
