The new tenant has the right to all amenities, with consideration to the other tenants. Rent will include bedding but renter must supply own personal items. The single rooms are for the $225 and both come with made single beds, wardrobe and bookcase. These rooms will become available after the 14th of January 2019. The last bedroom is the double room, at $325 which becomes available after the 9th of March 2019. This rooms has it's own Juliet balcony even though couples are welcome to aplply it does have two single beds, but on the plus side there is a wardrobe for both occupants. If one person would like this room the cost remains the same. The bathroom is shared with the other people who happen to be here at the same time.
