Hi all, Single room is a large spacious bedroom with walk in wardrobe to rent in a big new share house.The room is unfurnished and private with a shared bathroom. The room will easily fit a king size bed and desk with plenty of space to spare for anything else you may like. The house contains furnished shared areas (including 2 large living rooms - only one is furnished so we have space if you have your own furniture) and we also have a large kitchen with gas appliances (including dishwasher!) and ample storage. The property is 10 minutes walk to Newport station and from there a 15 minute train trip to the CBD. Local shops are also only a 2 minute walk away. There is plenty of unmetered street parking (no permit necessary). Rent is $220 a week plus utilities (to be split equally which has been averaging about $50/month) being electricity, gas and water. Internet is included in the rent. I do not take a bond, but the last 4 weeks rent is paid on taking the room to cover the notice period of 4 weeks (if you prefer to continue paying rent and have this refunded like you would a bond, we can do that). There is one small spare room that is furnished with a twin bed so that if you have friends or family who come to stay they have a bed. We're looking for a young professional person to share our three-bedroom, three-storey townhouse in Yarraville. The room is large (5m by 4.3m), with split-system air conditioner, full ensuite tiled bathroom, spacious built-in robes, and off-street parking. It's unfurnished. The rent is $858 per month (or $875.25 per month with NBN internet) and bond is $671.75. It's a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket; 15 minutes to Yarraville station and Yarraville village. About the house: we sometimes share meals and you’d be very welcome to join in, although this tends to be a bit ad-hoc. We all pitch in to keep communal areas clean and would expect you to do the same. We're lucky to have a large kitchen with an island bench, gas cooktop, oven, and plenty of cupboard space. First of all you must LOVE dogs if you want to live here :) This a two bedroom almost fully furnished (you will need to source some wardrobes and/or chest of drawers for your room) corner house, walking distance to Yarraville train station, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. (Also if you have your own furniture that is also totally fine as well, just have my old bed and some side tables in your room at the moment) Although it's about an 8 minute walk from the train it's far enough back where you don't need to worry about two hour parking if you have a car and there is plenty off on street parking around the house. We also have Foxtel in the living room, and potentially in your room too (you would just need to pay for installation as well as extra $20 a month). There is also unlimited NBN broadband in the house There is also a split system in the living room, heating in the kitchen (by your room) and my room. I do however have a space heater for your room as well if needed. The house comes with a furnished living room, sun room (with cozy pull out futon in case of any overnight guests), kitchen/dining, and bathroom; as well as amazing dogs (Ollie & Clara) and myself :) I have been in this house since June and have made every effort to make this house a home that feels warm and cozy and really fits with my boho/hippie vibe so would love someone to come in and add to that...You do not need to worry about kitchen stuff, or even towels, sheets, etc either as I have heaps of spares, however, not offended at all if you bring your own...

Lounge is nice and bright, with comfortable sofa, tv - with Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime (streaming) ;), and xbox (if you're interested!). The flat is on the first floor and has a good size balcony - perfect to chill out with a bevvie after that dip at the beach!! NBN (50/20 Mbps) is connected and included in rent. Split-system air-con is installed in the main living space as is ceiling fan. All this for $220 pw (paid weekly)! I am requesting that you pay 2 weeks rent as bond, and 2 weeks in advance, ie $880 up front. I have no requirements for length of stay, just that you give me 2 weeks notice.
