Hi, I am renting out rooms in a grand old family home which is close to "Newport Lakes" and public transport. Rooms are partially furnished and all kitchenware, utensils are provided- you can bring your own bed if you wish. I have 1 room available that is partly furnished. The room has an adjoining room that has been made into a study so it has a large desk and table lamp so the new tenant can use this room as a study if required. Unfortunately, there is no antenna cable installed in this room so the tenant has to use the television in the shared living room to watch free to air television. Rent is only $150 per week and the house is close to the CBD and to public transport. I pay all the bills. I currently have one tenant living in the house and my second tenant has returned home to Europe for an emergency. When he returns he will only be staying to the end of the year so I am looking for a new tenant now. His room is not the room for rent. There are excellent public transport options with a bus to Newport railway station but it would be helpful to have your own car to get you around more efficiently. There is a drive way to park your car but no garage access. It’s only a short drive to Williamstown and Altona which are bursting with eateries and beaches. There is a lovely nature walking track at Newport Lakes.
