I would like someone with reliable work to pay the bills and hopefully who could stay for a year minimum if all goes well. The Private Bedroom is a generous size with a large in-built sliding wardrobe. There is a comfortable queen size bed with storage drawers underneath, linen, pillows and a warm duvet, 2 bedside tables, a tall boy, armchair and a full length mirror that is also a jewellery cabinet inside too. The window offers a nice cityscape view especially at sunset. Run down of the place - The shared bathroom is very large with a toilet, shower, separate bath, large vanity and mirror with lots of cupboard space, linen cupboard, front loader and dryer. The kitchen is fairly spacious also. No meals table but a breakfast bench with stools. Lots of cupboard space again. The living room has air conditioning and an adjoining balcony which is great for entertaining or just chilling out. Car parking - Visitor car parking is available, otherwise street parking can be found fairly easily.
