The room is clean, carpeted and most of all has masses of space! The dressing room has two huge mirror and lots of room for clothes, shoes, and storage above for suitcases or whatever you might need to store. Transport-wise St Kilda rd is around the corner so trams straight up to the CBD and St Kilda is just 10mins walk away. The room will be unfurnished, however there's a few charity shops around St Kilda that I could point you to that sell beds and furniture for not much at all. The photos I've attached are from the original ad when we leased the flat but I assure you the flat is exactly as pictured bar the furniture. Did I mention there's a swimming pool and sauna in the block???

Myself and another housemate are moving out for uni at the end of January and we are looking for two people in their 20s to replace us. Our third housemate Tori is from Norway and will remain in the house 😊 Both rooms available at the end of January are quite large and the rest of the house - particularly the lounge room, bathroom, kitchen and back yard - are a great size for this area. We've got ducted heating which is amazing during the winter! We are in an awesome location - 15-20min stroll to the beach and 5-10min walk to Chapel and Windsor station - so as well as a great house (although it doesn't look like much from the front) you've got everything at your doorstep! Trams are everywhere nearby. Water is included in the price of rent, gas fluctuates between $30-$100 each every 2 months depending on how much we use the ducted heating (so barely anything during the summer!), electricity is usually around $100 each per quarter, and internet is $20-25 each per month.
