On top of this the whole flat is newly renovated. Your bedroom is a large 4.5 x 4.5 metres and has a built in wardrobe and king size bed which can also be split into 2 singles for travelling friends. The bathroom is shared and also includes a washing machine and drier. The shower head is a rain shower style with a detachable hand held extension. It also has heaps of storage in the cabinets behind the mirrors. The living room is decked out very nicely and even has an old radiogram that plays vinyls. Also includes a smart tv (with Netflix), dinning table and a 2 panel gas heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else needed to whip up absolutely anything. It also includes a massive fridge, stove top, oven, dishwasher etc. The backyard area is communal with the 3 people living in the flat below us and includes a large outside seated table and BBQ. The three people below are very chill and we have already become good friends since moving in. We've added a few plants but it basically looks how it does in the photo's. The location is prime. Just a 2 minute walk to Chapel Street and you've got some of the best restaurants, bars, clubs and retail Melbourne has to offer. I just bought a new fridge and it turned out to be great. The room im offering for renting has a new double bed mattress and a new frame that i just purchased 2 days ago. I bought the bed sheets yesterday for potantial flatmates but they had an emergency so the room is available again :D I also have new basic cookware for the kitchen and new cutlery. I don't have a microwave at the moment but i'll get one. The flat has plenty of space and facilitties and you can see in the pictures the swimming pool, barbecue area etc. Location is perfect for those who like to go to the beach during summer or enjoy picnics in the botanical gardena. The tram is litrally in front of the building. Also, it is less than 10 mins to shops on st kilda road and in prahran. There is also gym, library, parking space, storage cage, meeting room.
