Kiel is 32 and just recently moved over from NZ - he is of the same mind frame as me, that we want a pad where were all mates and hang out together! Kiel is also in to fitness, wants to get back in to DJing and is an IT wizz- he is also a gamer. There is only one bathroom - I work 9-5 in the city (and i get up between 7.30-8pm) and Kiel works from home...just something to bear in mind if we are all trying to get ready at the same time.... Males/females were easy as long as you can bring something to the table I'm bringing my cat...He's cute, you have to be happy to live with him. Be warned he can be very noisy and often meows at what would be your window...You need to be a cat lover! IDEALLY we would like to put someone on the lease who is keen to remain in the house past March - Kiel will be moving out then and I will be moving out at some point but would prefer to go on a rolling contract. The bedrooms have single beds, wardrobes, TV in each room; hydronic heating to keep you warm in winter months! All rooms are shared rooms with 3- 5 persons, depending on price.
