The house has a courtyard backyard, large enclosed front yard, lounge room, large kitchen with dining area, separate laundry and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The house is walking distance to Chapel street, and Windsor train station. The St Kilda road trams are at the end of the street. We have furnished the house but can accommodate more furniture if you have anything you wish to bring. The room is unfurnished.

The design of the place works really well for privacy with the bedrooms doors situated at opposite ends of the place. The place is situated next to Windsor train station, Chapel st and a short 150 meter walk up to Dandenong Rd for the tram into the city. Close to all that Chapel st has to offer with restaurants bars and pubs. There is a Coles express in construction atm just across the road which will be very convenient. The car park is under ground secure shared tandem. I have a motorbike, so there is heaps of room for both of us.

No couples thanks! Beautiful home in a great location, certainly not a party house though love to share a dinner, drink or BBQ from time to time! The room is small with a built-in wardrobe, (2.7 x 2.5) it has a sofa bed/couch in it which can be used if preferred. The house has a nice outdoor area too.
The apartment is located in Windsor, just 2 blocks away from Chapel Street, beautiful spot, perfect location, 5 minutes walking to Windsor station, or Prahran station, buses and trams 5 minutes walking as well. Groceries,supermarkets, Cafes, restaurants, pubs, bottle shops, (24/7) Gelato, Albert Park and Lake, Gardens, and everything, that you need to live and be happy, just a short walk from here! The bedroom has king mattress and built in robes, and all the flat is decked out.
