The house is super close to Chapel Street and all that it has to offer, on the Windsor/Prahran side, but you don't get any of the noise due to where we are. Close to trams and trains, you won't find it difficult to get around. The room can come unfurnished as shown in the pictures (but a wardrobe is included as that came with the property) or it is possible to have a bed frame and mattress put in for you if you would prefer some furnishings. The rest of the house has the essentials but any extra stuff to make it more homely, the more the merrier. It also has gorgeous facilities such as a lap pool, chefs kitchen (available for event hire), library and a gym (for you junkies 😉💪) Location wise it is between St Kilda rd and Queens rd, so it is literally a 2 min walk to the main strip of trams which take you straight into the city centre within 15 mins and a 2 min walk across Queens rd gets you to what I call the “patch of paradise in the city”, Albert park lake which is an amazing spot for a 6km walk or run around, a chill coffee on or even a cheek fish and chips and glass of wine as you watch the sun set (that one is my fave) Please note the photos available are of the apartment unfurnished but it is now obviously fully furnished apart from the room being offered.
