Our apartment is on the 4th floor of a 12 floor building. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large lounge area and a good sized balcony. The apartment is fully furnished including a washer dryer and has air conditioning. Located a block away from Chapel street and a 5 minute walk to the Prahran station, with trams 100m from the doorstep. The building has a gym and a huge rooftop that looks over the city that you can use at your leisure and it is also available to book out for parties/gatherings at no additional costs. Its a beautiful, large space with heaps of light and is positioned nice and high in one of St Kilda's iconic buildings. The rooms are at opposite ends of the appartment so nice and private and we love having someone appreciate the beautiful spare room. We also have a great BBQ, Netflix, Stan and unlimited internet and there are cute little reading spaces to relax in. Also upstairs is an awesome rooftop that looks over albert park lake. There are fantastic cafe's, hairdressers, gyms and massage centers quite literally on our doorstep with the city trams just out front. We love having someone who is also indipendant and easy going come stay. The last girl became a close friend but is now moving in with her boyfriend *sad face*

There are 2 large double built in robes. Room will fit a queen bed, I had a double bed with 2 large side tables and the dresser in there and it was comfortable. You will have your own bathroom that is the common bathroom for the apartment, so will be shared when there are visitors. Its a good size with a walk in shower, toilet, basin, and shelving behind mirror. There is a study nook, European laundry with front load machine. Nice open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Kitchen has a 5 burner cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Currently there isn't a dining table and chairs but i will be getting in the next few days. The coffee table is large so i usually just eat there. Personally i think the pictures make it look smaller than it is. It's not like the little dog boxes in the docklands or Southbank. The storage locker is virtually empty and you are welcome to utilise that as well. The apartment has a large killer balcony that overlooks Albert park lake,the bay, St Kilda and the city. Just a few minutes away from Balaclava Station and the next suburb over from St Kilda, minus all the noise and chaos. The apartment is on the second/top floor of a small complex, with a balcony off the open plan kitchen and lounge room that looks into the central leafy courtyard. The room available has a built in wardrobe and is currently unfurnished, but fits a queen sized bed. There is also lockable garage available and the block has good security and is maintained on a weekly basis. Also, I have just adopted a cat (Matilda) who enjoys food (a lot!), sitting on the window sill watching possums & sleeping (a lot!), so unfortunately are unable to accommodate any additional pets.
