Great location, excellent public transport with a tram stop located right outside our front door (Tram 64 & 5). It takes roughly 25mins on a tram to get into the city and 13mins on the train to flinders station. You will have your own bathroom which is a bath/shower to use however as it is also a laundry room, I will still need to have access to it to do my washing!
