Lovely 3 bedroom house in an excellent location, just off Chapel Street. All the buzz on your doorstep, but tucked away a block from the epicentre. It is the perfect balance. Very cool in summer and cosy in winter. There is a BBQ and outdoor wooden floored area out the back. Access to the Dandenong Road is 200 yards away (no noise!) and all the amenities are on your doorstep. Unlimited internet is connected up and very reasonable.

Your room is small but can fit a queen size bed comfortably and might be all that you need. The bathroom is shared but I don't usually have any issues because I leave quite early in the morning. Hey guys! Our housemate is moving home to save and we're looking for someone to take over her room. You must have a full time job, be clean and tidy. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Windsor. Amazing location, less than 10 minute walk to Windsor station and Chapel st. We've got three levels with the first two bedrooms (the new housemate will be taking the smaller of these two) on the ground floor, which share a bathroom (huge shower). The middle floor has an open plan kitchen and living space with a big terrace. Top floor is another bedroom with ensuite. The place is fully furnished with brand new stuff, styled really nicely. The living area is filled with light and has a great AC as well as a fan. Bedroom can come with or without a nice wooden bed frame and mattress. Lots of on street parking. i love living in this house, iv been here for two years now and am a little sad to be leaving, this house has character, its small but fits everyone, we've had many dinner parties in our lounge room and fit everyone in, movie nights and days with many cuddling up on the floor and on the couch, we are the simple life kids. Every time someone new has walked into my house the first thing they say is what a home this feels like that is because it is, my home in an old miners cottage, so the kitchen isn't what you might be used to but works very well i fine that when Dani and i cook at the same time that is really when team work plays part its very enlightening, i personally have moved it around and upgraded furniture to make it more for me, this is also something you can do, IKEA is great for this, if you'd like something better. there is a fireplace with gas heating and also an air-conditioner in the lounge room. the backyard is perfect its bigger than most you'll find in this area, in fact getting a house is hard it took us months to get this place we wanted a house not a unit for once, honestly I haven't dressed it out but i know that is something my housemate/best friend has wanted to do, iv held this off as i knew movement was arise. There's a small patio out the front with a garden that is where I like to hang out on the couch and Dani likes to feed the birds all the perfect doggy watching and the people in the area are so lovey, you couldn't ask for more when it comes to location, Parhran station is less than 5 minutes walk away, high street tram and chapel trams are seconds away, lucky Qog $4 pizza is even closer, if you are into your night life an Uber is no longer needed. the working opportunities are everywhere if you are looking to move to Melbourne, and you'll find nothing more than great vibes in this area, iv been here for 4 years now and have no complaints. oh i will not the house if furnished but my bedroom is not, the room fits a double bed, two wardrobes a small make up table, a bedside table and a self thing, and my yoga mat in the middle, iv moved it around a few times over the years to make it work its bed, the room is more than a decent size.also note this will be a lease change over before move in date as well as bond must be transfer before keys given, i am currently looking for a place myself so dates are likely to change i will keep you posted thank you xx

Our unit is situated just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that is both of Chapel st. and Fitzroy st, yet close enough to be right in amongst it! The perfect balance. Restaurants, bars, cafes, retail stores, gym, Albert park; Everything is less than a 10-minute walk from home. Not to mention the tram stop is just up the street and Windsor station just as close. It stays surprisingly cool in Summer and in Winter I would say it's quite cosy. We have all the amenities that's important e.g. air conditioner/heater, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc.. We use the front shared area to have bbq's as we are very social. Gym, beach, city life all very close. Friendly flatmates, neighbours, make this a safe and warm environment.
