This room will be available from the 18th April!!!!! This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and there’s a living and dining area, plus a big balcony with a nice city view.
The building has a lift, so no need to worry about stairs. There’s also a car park available for an extra cost — I don’t have a car at the moment, so the space is free to be used. The parking spot is in the basement, so it’s covered and secure.

I’m Jhon, 32, originally from Colombia but I’ve been living in Melbourne for the past 6 years — it really feels like home now. I work Monday to Friday and usually go into the office, with one work-from-home day each week.
I currently live on my own, but my mum will be visiting for a couple of weeks and she’ll be staying in my room during that time.
I’m a pretty quiet and relaxed person, but I enjoy having a friendly chat and a good vibe at home. I like to keep the place tidy and organised, so I’m hoping to find a flatmate who feels the same way. No pets at the moment!
