A room is available in our large single story house in Windsor. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a large living and outdoor area.
The house is a 5 minute walk to Chapel street, Windsor train station and right next to tram and bus stops. It also comes with plenty of street parking as well as a permit.
RENT: The room is $350 a week with bills being split evenly as they come in (gas, internet, electricity) We’re looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s, working full time, with a good balance of socialising and chill time. No pets, or couples sorry.
You will be living with:
Emma, who works in the wedding and events industry and works a lot on weekends, so she is rarely home. Emma enjoys pilates and a bit of bar hopping on her nights off.
Daniel, who works in Sports Marketing, is out most weekends and gets home late during the week.
The house is pretty quiet during the week but we sometimes have people over and like to chill and watch TV. Keeping the house clean is important to us and the new housemate will have to share those responsibilities including maintaining the garden.

About the flatmates
Hey! Thanks for looking at our place in Windsor. We have a spare bedroom available in mid Feb. The place is in a perfect location in between train, tram and bus stops.
You will be sharing the home with Emma, who works in the events industry and works a lot on weekends, so she is rarely home. Emma enjoys pilates and a bit of bar hopping on her nights off.
You will also be living with me (Daniel), 30, who works in sports marketing. I enjoy playing golf, watching sports, going to markets and exploring Melbourne on weekends.
