About the property
We live in a beautiful big house in a leafy green suburb within a 5-minute walk to a supermarket, a 10-minute walk to the train, and a 20-minute train ride to the city. We have a swimming pool, spa, and large backyard. The property consists of a private, fully furnished, air-conditioned room sharing the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom with one other female housemate.
Our home is a non-party, non-smoking, peaceful household, and we are a friendly bunch of students/ full-time workers who don't mind the odd hangout, but we are also focused on work and uni and respect everyone's space. It would be fantastic if you love animals, as we have two beautiful cats who enjoy lounging around the yard.
