The two remaining housemates, Shane and Adam, are in their mid twenties and work full time as a plumber and carpenter. They keep it lighthearted at home chilling out with some Netflix, a couple of beers, playing some sports or having a bbq and would prefer someone with the same easy going attitude. They also take pride in keeping a clean house so someone that can can clean up after themselves would be rad. The townhouse is modern and no more than ten years old. You will be sharing a bathroom one other housemate. We are two laid back guys and two super friendly pups. The bath alone is worth the rent and the location means you get quiet suburban living with just a 30 min train ride or 20 min drive to the city. The bath tub is a full spa with jets ,etc. There is a huuuuge out door area which is perfect for BBQs and catching up with friends. The street is out of the way and quiet while still being 1km from the train station, Woolworths, bottle shop and pharmacy. The house is in a really nice area with lots of public transport options, walking distance to the train station which will take you straight to the city aswell as the post office, supermarket and bottle shop. The house has a nice backyard that’s fully inclosed and pets are considered apone application however must get along with another dog. The house is 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. Currently we all have different schedules and rairly find we are all home at the same time. The room available is small and currently has a double bed in it with enough room for a desk or set of draws. The room has one small build in cupboard as shown in the photos.
