About the flatmates
I am a 41 YO woman who has a 10 YO son and 2 Pomeranians (dogs) that reside within the home.
I share a week on week off set up with my son so he is only here 2 weeks in every month overnight.
I have 1 spare room available and shared bathroom.
The room will fit a queen bed nicely with additional room for bedside tables with ease. A small wardrobe and windows opening up to greenery with blinds for privacy.
Room has only a large remote control ceiling fan x light and additional dimable lighting. I am looking for someone private like myself who won’t be brining in a lot of guests and who loves dogs as I have 2 in the home.
I have a beautiful courtyard with a lot of greenery . Washing machine however no dryer.
Rent includes bills and wifi.
