I am seeking someone who is neat, tidy and respectful who cleans up after themselves to share a 3 bedroom house I am currently renting. The house is furnished and has a nice outdoor area with BBQ overlooking a residential jungle. The house has a recently renovated kitchen with a new dishwasher and oven/ induction cooktop. The room can come furnished with a queen bed or empty, depending on what you would like and it has a ceiling fan. The house is close to public transport, it is about 2 minute walk from the bus stop and 15 minute walk from the Grovely train station on the Ferny Grove/Gold coast line which is about 25 minutes to the CBD. I am situated 5 minutes walk from the Arana Hills shopping complex so the house is very conveniently located if you don’t have a car. Rent includes all bills (power including aircon in the lounge room, water and internet).
This is a great share house as the tenant will have their own lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. Its the downstairs section of the property. Upstairs has a 35 square meter deck with a spa, which backs onto a very leafy setting on the kedron brook. Great place and easy people to live with. Electricity is included in the rent (up to a very reasonable usage) plus the house has its own washing machine and dryer.
