Hi there, looking for 1 or 2 people to help cover rent. The place is massive, so plenty of space to do your own thing. It's a really nice place to live, very calming and lots of airflow through the house. The street is nice and quiet but shops are only 100m down the road (woolies, gym, Charlies fruit & veg, donut time + the rest.) I have a chicken coop in the backyard. They're pretty fun to watch. The yard is completely fenced so bonus points for anyone with a dog. The place has everything already but you're welcome to bring whatever you want (bed, furniture, whatever) There is heaps of storage space downstairs in the garage just in case. Other noteworthy stuff included: Netflix , very fast internet connection, PS4 with many games, weber q bbq. The inside paint job is a bit too funky for most people's taste but I like it and the owners are fairly forgiving when it comes to hanging things from the walls. There are two rooms available just so you know. Pics 4 & 5 are the white room and pics 6 & 7 are of the cooler green room. Anyway that's it. Hit me up if you're keen and want a look.
