I have 2 bedrooms available. 1 furnished (queen bed, beside tables) 1 not furnished (will fit a small queen and one beside table). The home is a double story house in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Street parking, approx 20min drive to the city or about a $30 Uber ride. Shops, restaurants and cafes not far and plenty of walking or bike trails. Train station is up the road a short bike or car ride. Bus routes one street over. Not after a party house but not after antisocial room hermits. I have renovated up stairs but still has work being done down stairs Bills on top of rent.
