Hi there :) We are looking for one cool person to come and join our sweet share house in the northern suburb of Mitchelton, just a few minutes away from Stafford and Everton Park. Perks of this place include that it's an absolutely massive property, with two living rooms a study area, huge fully fenced backyard and garage you certainly wouldn't find yourself living on top of your housemates! The bedroom is a decent size, easily fits a queen bed and comes with a ceiling fan, double mirrored built in wardrobe. The main bathroom is quite large, it has a bath, shower with a basin and storage cupboard. The upstairs toilet is separate to the main bathroom and comes with a second basin as well - which luckily means no queues in the morning! It would be shared with two girls, cleanliness and respect is a priority. As well as this we are a 5 minutes walk from the train station which takes you to CBD in 20 minutes - we are only a 10 minutes walk from Brookside shopping center which has Woolworths/Coles/Big W + a heap of other stores for your convenience. Blackwood street in Mitchelton is even closer with lots of cute cafes and IGA open until 8pm for those late night snack runs! We have Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, unlimited internet and air con in the living space. The unit has aircon in the main bedroom and the living room and was completely renovated a few years back so it looks a little older on the outside but nice and new on the inside.
