Single corporate female with small dog Molly. Very active and prefer early morning with adventure over party environment. Drink minimally socially not in home. Very clean and tidy clean house daily. Quiet when home. Definitely not a party house-more house is your sanctuary. Very early riser (430am) walk dog and exercising before work. Do not mind if someone is a night owl. Originally from US but been Australia for 13 years.
