Conditions:
Minimum 4 weeks stay (shorter week stays available for $330 /week.)
Bond is $300 to be paid upfront with one weeks rent to lock in the room.
Flexible check in check out time.
No fixed rental agreement. Either party welcome to vacate within 1 weeks notice.
Inspections available weekdays on arrangement between 9 to 3pm.
