Hi my name is Brenden and I am managing this unit. I would like to provide a safe place for people to stay. The unit is fully furnished, secure and female only. It is on the ground floor of a 5 story boutique apartment building. I am the onsite manager here and am available at a moments notice. The apartment building is centrally located on the border of South Brisbane and West End with an abundance of cafes, supermarkets and attractions all within walking distance. There is a bus stop just 30m away on the corner of Manning st and Melbourne St. All bills are included in your rent, including electricity, hot water and internet. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need and all you have to bring is your towel. Please be aware that there are some personal affects in photos that do not come with the unit. I have one private bedroom available at $320/wk. contact me for an inspection.
