Howdy all,
Leasing my studio in Red Hill. Studio is self contained with own kitchenette (with oven), bathroom and its own balcony area.
Studio is situated under a 5 bedroom house, which has its own separate access from the rest of the house.
Upstairs, the house contains a washing machine that can also be used. Street is super quiet and in a great location with a bus stop and cafes nearby.
The studio is available from Friday the 13th onwards.
Bond is $800 and bills (Internet, gas and electricity) are not included but shared between the other 5 housemates (approx $15-20 p/w). Lease for the property was just renewed in January.
Studio comes unfurnished but comes with a bar fridge.
You will be living below 5 fabulous beings who are in their mid 20s and either working or studying. Always will be welcome upstairs for a potluck dinner or occasional movie night! No pets unfortunately.
