It's a very quiet street in the suburb of Red Hill with great access to public transport - extremely useful for Kelvin Grove or City Workers. I'm looking for someone to take my room for up to 3 months as I will be working interstate, I am pretty flexible with the dates so you are best to enquire. You will need to be on the lease and we will transfer this back over at the end of your stay. There is enough space for 3-5 vehicles on the property with plenty of street parking. We have a spacious deck (with a fantastic view) and a cosy living room great for having friends and guests over. We have a small yard and a big garage (which 2 cars and a motorcycle currently use). The room for rent is displayed in the photos, while my belongings are currently there, most will be gone but the room will remain furnished with a double bed, computer desk, a shelf, and drawer. If you have your own bed/furniture and prefer to use this, that is fine. There is a sizeable closet under the stairs (I've kicked Harry Potter out) that will fit plenty of gear - some of my belongings will by stored right down the back but you will still have around 4m in length to use.
