The kitchen is a large open space where you have a huge walk-in pantry, marble bench tops and backs onto another big back porch, perfect for both quietly reading a book or having friends over for dinner. As there are three others in the house there are two fridges to share and a whole shelf allocated just for you in the pantry. There is also a large garage area with plenty of room for storage if you need. All rooms have their own A/C in the house, perfect for the hot summer Brissie nights. This house would most likely suit a relaxed/ clean female professional/ student in their late 20's/mid 30's, looking for a house that is the perfect balance between private/quiet but also friendly and open if you feel like a good chat from time to time. I have just moved into the character filled house and the Red Hill area which is friendly with gorgeous shops, parks and supermarkets close by. The house is big and light and airy even though it is oldy worldy. The kitchen (dishwasher) and bathroom are modern and the bedrooms have french doors leading to a huge sunroom with views across the city. There is a garden and a huge enclosed space downstairs with loo and bathroom and room for 3 cars and storage. The house is high up and attracts the breezes. Hellooo potential future housemate/s! I am part of a little trio, myself and a LOVELY couple. We are all full time workers all in our mid-20's, with two of us being paramedics, so it means our schedules are sometimes all over the shop. Rainforest retreat in the middle of Brisbane. Less than 100m from frequent buses on Waterworks/Musgrave Rd and only a 5 minute walk to QUT Kelvin Grove campus. How good is that! My appreciation for this place grows daily. The house is fully furnished apart from the spare room. There is room to fit more furniture in too. 60 inch TV. Really nice deck area which gets great breezes. Spare room has block out curtains. More about the location - there is a post office, 7/11, Medical Centre, 2 x Pharmacies, craft bottle shop, wine estate cellar door and an abundance of cafes, take away restaurants nearby.

There are three upstairs rooms, all double bed sized, furnished with individual locks if you need.($200/week for a single or $280/week for a couple).
