Red Hill, Brisbane

Fully furnished room available for a short-term stay in my home in Red Hill, within walking distance to Brisbane City (CBD), QUT Kelvin Grove campus and Paddington/Caxton Street area.

The available bedroom has built in wardrobes and desk with chair, queen size bed, split system air conditioning, and has direct access to the large front verandah.

The house is fully furnished with contemporary designer furnishing, appliances and all utilities. Electricity, Gas and 5G Broadband internet access is included in the weekly rent.

I am a mid-thirties male, who works full-time in a professional job in the Brisbane CBD. I have two lovely miniature Dachshunds (sausage dogs), who are outside pets. The house also has a small backyard.

Ideally, I'm looking for another young(ish), busy working professional or full-time student, non-smoker (a must), who is neat, clean and reliable. I keep the house and common areas very tidy at all times and expect the same in return. I appreciate finding the kitchen and lounge neat as I left them. As I work during the week, I am looking for someone who isn't too much of a 'party animal' on weeknights and is very respectful of the household. I like to keep weeknights at home fairly quiet and would expect the same from the person renting my spare room. I am very social on weekends so often out and about with friends or attending functions and not home.

Being an original Queenslander house, there is one full bathroom (renovated) to share.

The room is available from January 2026, until late April/early May 2026 (possibly longer, TBC).

Note: No large household furniture items or appliances are required/allowed to be brought for use, as my home is currently fully furnished - The house has a secure storage area underneath for any additional smaller items you may wish to store during your stay here.
