I’m looking for friendly, respectful housemates to share a gorgeous home in Red Hill, just 1km from the Broncos Club and only a 10-minute commute to the city.
The house has been freshly painted throughout and features a fully renovated kitchen. It’s tucked behind a café, hairdresser, and local bookstore — all lovely small businesses giving the place a really cosy neighbourhood feel.
The home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with washer and dryer included in the laundry. There is street parking available, and the house comes fully furnished, so you can move straight in with minimal fuss.
I currently occupy the downstairs bedroom, and the remaining room is upstairs. The property is awaiting lease renewal, but I’ve been assured by the real estate that a new lease will be granted.
I also have two very friendly cats who are outside during the day and inside at night they’re a big part of the home and very well behaved.
I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing, respectful, and keen to treat the house like a home rather than just a place to crash. If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you 🌿

My name is Kailah, I’m 31 and I — currently managing a Pilates studio part-time while also working towards taking on the café located right in front of the house (yes, coffee really is at your doorstep ☕️).
The house is located in a beautiful Red Hill neighbourhood with a genuinely lovely community that looks out for one another. It’s a calm, friendly area that feels very homey.
I have two very chill cats — they’re outside during the day and inside at night, and mostly keep to my room or potter around quietly. The landlords have only approved my pets, so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed.
Who I’m Looking For
I’m looking for a housemate ASAP who are:
Low-key, respectful, and reliable
Clean and happy to pull their weight with household chores
Financially secure and able to pay rent on time (this is really important)
The house is generally quiet, but I don’t mind the occasional drinks, music, or having friends over I enjoy entertaining when I’ve got the energy 😅
That said, it’s not a party house.

Utilities (gas, electricity, internet) are not included in rent - rent is paid weekly or fortnightly just needs to be in before Tuesday as it gets deducted on Wednesdays each week from my account.
Bond is $866 (weird I know but its from the prior owners and the rent was cheaper then! but the bond hasn't changed from this with the new owners)
There will be a house showing + casual interview, just so everyone can meet and see if it’s a good fit
