The room available is the master which features a walk in wardrobe, balcony, ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. This room will be unfurnished and comfortably fits a queen bed with room for a small desk.

We have a nice big couch in the lounge room so there’s always room for everyone to gather. There is a big deck out the back too!

Garage spaces are currently occupied but one spot may be willing to give up a space for $40 extra per week, otherwise there’s always a park somewhere on the street. It is in a cul-de-sac so nice and quiet.

A Bus stop into the city is located a short walk up the hill and takes on average 15-20mins to get in to the centre of town.

There are multiple choices for groceries, restaurants and cafes within close proximity as well as a cinema just around the corner.

Electricity and internet are separate to the rent. Electricity is billed quarterly and internet monthly. (We split these all evenly)

The room is available immediately but will require approval from the real estate / joining the lease and paying a share of the bond ($1086.66) before being allowed to move in.
