Furnished studio Flat in Cooks Hill. It’s within walking distance to Darby Street, Bar beach, and lots of cute shops and cafes.
Very open space with large windows and new floor.

It’s a studio flat, with a large bathroom and kitchenette. Doesn’t have parking but there are a few spaces on the streets which are easy to get. Kitchen has: microwave, fridge freezer, electric hob, double draw air fryer, pod coffee machine, soda stream and all utensils included.
There is also aircon/heating and a Smart TV.

There is no free washing machine/ dryer but the communal one is $5 per load washer and dryer so still good price. There’s also a communal washing line outside.

All bills included, internet also.

There is bike storage at the back of the property.

Sorry no pets or smoking. Sorry, solo person only and any age above 18.
