We're subleasing our cosy, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, currently set up as an office and bedroom (both with reverse cycle air-conditioning ❄️/🔥). The apartment gets beautiful morning sun onto our furnished deck, whilst the bedroom can be completely blacked out too. The area is quiet, with lots of greenery and birds and plenty of parks just around the corner.

Location:
It is in a snug peaceful area that still feels close to everything (shops / restaurants / cafes less than 10 min walk). 7 minute drive to New Farm or the CBD, 2 minute walk to a Bus Stop (with bus routes directly to the city) and a 10 min walk to the ferry terminal. With 50c public transport, we have been loving our place.
