Large, clean house in Stafford with the whole upstairs area for rent. Huge bedrooms, plenty of air-con, refurbed kitchen with new stove, large tidy bathroom, rear deck in a green, leafy yard. One car parking space under cover and loads of street parking. Bus service is good on this street ideally suited to one or two people for a short term rent of 3, possibly 4 months by negotiation. All bills included along with wi-fi. It is unfurnished although there are some items here like the couch a basic kitchen table, chairs, some cookware and mugs and glasses. I could put a bar fridge in the kitchen. It's a quiet, peaceful space suitable for quiet peaceful people. The rent is somewhat negotiable according to number of people and for the right person. Tenancy needs to commence on 16th Feb (can move in as early as weekend of 14th and 15th).
