My brother and I have been living at this house for almost two years, however due to a change in circumstances we are looking for a group/family to take over our lease. Living in Gordon Park is fantastic. Close to Chermside Shopping Center, close to Stafford City, 10mins drive to the city (30mins cycling), basically everything you could need is close. We have an incredible view that really needs to be seen to be believed. It's a great space that has been recently furnished. We're sure you'll enjoy living here as much as we do. Bus is within walking distance, about a 3 minute walk and passes at least every 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the airport. Internet is unlimited and included, as well as Xbox One and Netflix services :D

Alderley is close to the city and major shopping centres. It is walking distance to train, bus and Coles. Very quiet area and the townhouse complex boasts only four. The room is large, airy, air conditioned and comes fully furnished with linen supplied. I ask that anyone applying be quiet, clean, tidy and respectful of those within the complex. Assistance with cleaning and maintaining a clean home also required.
Hello! I have a regular size room and a smaller size room for rent in a Queenslander house in Newmartket. The house is located very close to the train station (2 min walking distance). Room 1: unfurnished Room 2: unfurnished Room 3: My room - this is the sunroom converted into a bedroom. Rest of the house: Is fully furnished with 2 sweet black cats! There is a third lady that lives downstairs who has a dog and two cats also. We would have a separate entrance and she has her own shower and bathroom. Tbh - I hardly ever see her. Backyard - great size! with undercover parking for one more car. Any other cars would be parked on the grass behind the house. Who am I: I am a 27 year old professional female. Very friendly!. I do like to keep to myself but I love to have good chats too, but I respect everyones space and privacy. I am currently a relationship manager for RACV but am wanting to return back to vet nursing. I play touch footy Tues, Wed, Thurs :p so I feel like I'm out of the house a lot. I'm definitely keen on having some boys move in! I've lived in an all boy household before for 2 years and it was the best sharehouse I ever lived in!! Legit the best time so I am wanting to have another house like this with the same vibe!
