The house and block is very neat and tidy (I like that) and well maintained. The yard is HUGE and plenty of space under the house for storage. I love the polished floors and high ceilings. I plan to keep the third bedroom free for guests if myself or flatmate ever have one so that the house is comfortable and not over crowded. The block is situated 9kms from the CBD and just around the corner from shops with tons of public transport and easy access to everything

We have a pool outside which is perfect for summer, and maintenance is handled by the landlord. Downstairs has a bar area and another small room. your bedroom is fully carpeted with an inbuilt Desk and drawers. There is plenty of storage space so all you'll need is a bed. We have a quality Mattress you can use. Cameron, the autist, does have a cat, Atlas, and he's a little shit, so another pet is probably not possible.
Property is on a reasonably quiet street, near a few parks and close to shops and bus stops. Lounge room has airconditioning, and we've got Netflix to share. Limited storage space however off street parking can be arranged. Unlimited ADSL2+ for internet. Bills are split between housemates. Room is 3.7x2.6m so should fit a queen bed comfortably. The apartment is a huge 2 bed, 2 bath in the Capri building in Newstead. The building has a large pool and also a gym. Sorry the photos are from when I moved in but I will update later :) It is 2 mins walk from Gasworks which I have found to be amazing! And it is about a 10min bus ride for me into the CBD each day for work. We have ducted air con in the unit which is wonderful especially in summer and the unit is fully furnished apart from the master bedroom which is available.
