About the property
We live in a two storey townhouse, with all bedrooms up stairs, and living downstairs. The house has ducted air conditioning with both heating and cooling, and fans in all the rooms. We have a small garden area as seen in photos. The property has three bedrooms, your room is the master bedroom (as pictured in photos) with lots of wardrobe space, big windows, and an ensuite. Our rooms are separated by the third bedroom which I use as my office. There is an extra toilet downstairs. The house is fully furnished, except for your room which comes unfurnished. Our current housemate is taking the TV, fridge and washing machine. We are happy to discuss options of replacing these items with the new housemate. We like to keep a tidy house, and enjoy living in a nice space for everyone to use.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with myself (27 year old female) and my partner Ben (28 year old male) and our 3 year old Groodle, Juni. We both work full time Monday to Friday. I work hybrid between the office and from home. We are friendly and easy going. Both active people who enjoy socialising and usually head to the beach on the weekend. Juni is a very well behaved dog, who is very relaxed at home and would love an extra friend in the house 🐶
