Very quite complex and surrounding neighbours aren't rowdey.

I have 2 cats and a dog so hoping to find someone who enjoys living with pets.
Lovely little back yard with an outside table setting. Gets shade from lunch time. Extenal clothes lines. I also have started a small garden with herbs that I am happy to share with you.
There is also a dryer in the garage.

Professional lady working full time in the healthcare industry. I am not a party animal and am not a big drinker. I enjoy cooking and gardening and spending time with my pets. I do have a partner who does not live with me but may visit from time to time. I generally will be away on the weekends with my partner.
I am an animal lover and have 2 cats and a small dog all house trained.
I would like to find an animal lover to share my home with me. You will be employed. I will require two character references and 2 weeks rent to be paid as bond in advance. I would prefer someone who does not consume large amounts of alcohol. I would like a tidy person who is friendly and happy to have some chit chat, but definitely not looking for a new best friend.
There is wifi internet available if desired, but is not included in the rent and would cost around $50 a month for highspeed internet.
