The apartment is in a great spot just off Webster Rd, close to everything you’d expect — cafés, gyms, yoga studios, and the Kedron Brook Bikeway are all within a 5‑minute walk. The local shops are also about 7 minutes walking distance away and include Woolworths, Kmart, a cinema, and a range of other stores. The complex also has an outdoor pool and BBQ area.

There is secure parking also which we can share.

There’s a bus stop right out the front with great access.

Inside, the apartment has a calm, rainforest‑type feel — I’ve tried to make it a relaxing place to come home to and I love a good house plant! There’s air‑conditioning if needed, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. It’s a secure building with a lift, and the apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. There’s also a secure car park that we can share.

The room fits a queen bed with bedside tables and has a good‑sized wardrobe. It’s currently set up as a study, but that will be moved to the dining area if you move in, which has plenty of space. You’ll have your own bathroom, which only visitors will use as needed, so ideally it stays tidy enough for them too. You’ll also have access to most of the second pantry, extra kitchen storage, and space in the linen cupboard.

A cleaner comes weekly (already paid for). She’s lovely and does an excellent job. You can choose whether she cleans your room, but she’ll happily take care of the bathroom. Keen though for the apartment to maintain a sense of clean, not sterile, but tidy.
