The share house is a roomy Queenslander on a quiet street in a central location. It's fully furnished with a shared bathroom. There's a large, fully-fenced yard and one off-street parking (one space is undercover). There's room for one additional well-trained dog, but the house is not cat-friendly.

There are two rooms available. The master bedroom (5x3.5m) has inbuilt cupboards and air conditioning. The other room is small (2.8x2.3m) but there is ample storage space elsewhere in the house. I'd ideally have a couple move in and take both rooms, but would also consider one or two individuals if they were a better fit and we can adjust the rent to suit.

Bills are typically $50-70 each per month split three ways. There's no NBN but I'm happy to discuss internet options. We have lovely neighbours and a very relaxed landlord.

I'm looking for clean, communicative housemates who love dogs and are either working or studying, preferably women or non-binary pals. I'd love to keep a community-minded house with people who understand the need for both quiet downtime and social connection.
