The share house is a roomy Queenslander cottage on a quiet street in a central location. It's fully furnished with a shared bathroom and ample storage space. There's a large, fully-fenced yard and off-street, undercover parking.

There are two rooms available. The master bedroom is roughly 5x3.5m with air-conditioning and in-built cupboards. The other small room (2.8x2.3m) could comfortably fit a single bed with furniture or be used as an office space.

Ideally, I'd love for a couple to move in and split the rent roughly evenly three ways. However, for the right person I'd consider someone moving in solo and splitting the rent evenly ($330 each), or for two individuals to move in, one of whom would need to be comfy in a small room for cheaper rent (around $180).

There's also room for another dog (or potentially other less conventional pets) but unfortunately no cats.

We only pay electricity bills, which are typically $40-50 each per month split between three people. There's no NBN but I'm happy to discuss internet options. We have lovely neighbours and a very relaxed landlord.
