We have 2 bedrooms available in our beautiful home filled with warmth, sunlight, and the sound of nature in the heart of one of Melbourne's most connected and vibrant suburbs: Chadstone.

Move-in: Lease renews 11th of February 2026. Rooms are vacant from 11th of Feb! Your name shall go on the 12-month lease. No subletting 😊!

Rent/Bond: $210 pw - Room 1; $200 pw - Room 2. Bond – One month’s rent
Utilities (gas, water, electricity) and internet - average per month $150 per person.

Holmesglen Station: Just a 20-minute walk for effortless city access.
Oakleigh Station and Central: 20-minute walk or short drive to this foodie paradise, with incredible Greek cafés, restaurants, and markets.

About us:
Luke: 26-year-old, full time accountant, Monash graduate, love hiking/reading books/gaming. Three years of shared house experience who respects everyone space. Keep himself busy but always happy for a chat!
Adams: 24-year-old, full time engineer, Monash graduate, loves hiking/bouldering/running. Have lived on this property for four years. Always around to help when needed but respect everyone’s privacy!
