SHORT TERM STAY

THE APARTMENT

The apartment is available for 4 weeks from 5pm on 1st March until 5pm on 29th March. Looking for someone to rent short term while I travel ☺️

The apartment is a modern top story apartment. It is fully furnished with all new and modern furniture. There will be 1 bedroom and a bathroom available for use. The second bedroom will be locked/not available for use.

There is a large balcony. The apartment complex has a pool with a deck, perfect for summer, and also a gym.

The apartment is full of light and in the mornings you can see the hot air balloons float over the sunrise.

WIFI is free/available, there is a tv, washer/dryer, dishwasher and ducted air conditioning. Electricity and water also free. In return for free bills, I ask that you please water the plants in the apartment while you’re there so they stay alive :)

LOCATION

The apartment is conveniently located in Richmond, just off Bridge Road. There is a tram stop just outside the apartment, West Richmond train station is one block away and it is a short 10 minute ride into the city. Everything you need is within walking distance - shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, MCG - you name it!
