I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to sublet my apartment for 1-3 months as I will be away for work. Strictly non-smokers. The kitchenette is small so not suited to everyone but includes: fridge, microwave, dishwasher and gas cook top. There is also a working station with desk and computer monitor.

South Yarra is a trendy district with many designer stores, boutique shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. There are very strict rules in my complex including no parties or loud music. My building has security cameras and an On-Site building manager who monitors and oversees the day-to-day events.
