This is a lease transfer for 3 months, from the end of February until May 2026, and long term option to stay on longer after May, however long you want( after chats with the real estate agent)

The apartment can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. If furnished, I can leave selected furniture and household items in the apartment when I move out, making it an easy and comfortable transition. This can be discussed based on what you need.
