Looking for 2 rooms for 2 people and a cat! Location ideally within 20 mins to city.

1. Rachel - the one with the cat. Budget $330/week (includes bills if possible), up for discussion. Happy to sign special condition for my cat.

2. Sam - Budget $230, includes bills if possible

We are friendly and easy-going. We pay on time, don’t party nor drink or smoke and like to keep the house clean and tidy. We both work full time and have our own cars.
