I’m a full-time tradesman who keeps a busy but balanced lifestyle. I’m at the gym 4 days a week, and when I’m home I like to cook and keep the place clean. I’ve been living on my own for the last 2 years, so I’m used to maintaining a tidy, comfortable space. I have over a decade of renting experience.

I come with a 7-year-old dog who’s very quiet and well-behaved. I’m easygoing, get along with pretty much anyone, and always try to bring a positive attitude to the home. I’m looking for one other person to share a place with, someone who’s down-to-earth and respectful.
