Hey — I’m a 39-year-old property professional who recently sold my apartment in Fremantle (settling early March) and I’m looking for a quiet, clean home with like-minded housemates (30+).

I’m mainly looking around the Fremantle area, Subiaco, and Wembley.

Given how competitive the rental market is right now, I’d also be open to teaming up with someone to lease a larger place and split the rent — ideally somewhere with multiple living areas and enough space for everyone to feel comfortable.

I mostly work from home, though I’m happy to use a co-working space if that’s preferred. I’ve been doing FIFO to Melbourne for the past 6–12 months (roughly 10 days on, 10 days off) and expect that to continue for the foreseeable future. I also spend some time down south in Margaret River with family.

I’m active (gym, sauna, tennis), clean, respectful of space, financially reliable, and easy to live with. I have quality furniture and appliances if helpful, otherwise I’m happy to place things in storage.

Ideally looking for a relaxed, low-drama household with good communication and a chilled vibe.
