Heya, my name is Markus! I am 46 years young and I am looking for share accom on the Westside of Brisbane / Ipswich area and would prefer own bathroom if possible.

I would like to find a place alongside the Ipswich/Springfield train line or somewhere that is accessible though still require street parking/driveway parking or even secure.

I work for a corporate Mining & Construction company in Wacol as a parts interpreter and absolutely love my job and industry. I rotate shifts from 7am-3pm to 9am-5pm and have been with my employer just over 5 years and I am very financially stable.

My past times are catching up with friends and family, seeing live shows or doing laps in the gym pool. My universe is by the beach, so I love coastal tripping. Music is my everything and is playing in my ears 23 hours a day but always by headphones :)

I am very tidy with my living, I like to cook, I dine out quite a bit and love to be social, though I do like wind down times by myself. I am a very positive person and am looking to live with someone with good vibes only.

I am currently in share accommodation for the last two years (Mark) and my flatmate is selling up and moving to South Australia. Prior to that I was in share accommodation for over six years (Tracy) in the one place in Newstead so references are absolutely no problem. 😊

I will be looking at moving in November, dates are very flexible.

I do not party (who does in their 40's!!) I do like to have a casual beer on a weekend and absolutely say no to drugs kids!
