Hi all,
Single male full time childcare worker in my 30s looking for a room to rent.
I am originally from Taiwan and work in early childcare sector. Easy going, respectful, tidy and keep to myself. I enjoy both down time by myself or outing with friends. I keep myself fairly busy when I’m not working - learning swimming, catching up with friends or other sport commitments. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t have any pets but have a car so hopefully there is a parking space.
My budget would be around $400 a week negotiable and I am flexible with move in date.
