Hi, I’m Kade. I’m relocating to Perth in late August to start a full-time technical role in early September and am looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to call home from 28 August.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful and easy to live with. I enjoy a relaxed home environment and get along well with friendly housemates, but I also value privacy, independence and having a peaceful place to come home to.

Outside work I’m into hiking, cycling, cooking, reading and technology.

I’m ideally looking for a tidy, calm household with one or two other working adults, or a studio/granny flat if the right one comes up. A comfortable home and good household fit are important to me, so I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into longer term rather than just taking the first available room.

I’m mainly considering Leederville, Mount Lawley, Maylands, Bayswater and East Victoria Park, but I’m open to nearby areas for the right place.
