My lease for a property in Carrum will be up in March so I wanted to get on the front foot with a rental around the listed areas as I work 2 days at home and 3 days a week in Mornington. I am looking for people to team up with as I would like to find a new rental instead of an existing share house.

I have previously worked as an Electrician however now I work as a Project Manager, I would (perhaps incorrectly) consider myself handy around the house and I enjoy getting out and doing the gardening, however my actual hobbies involve footy, gaming and more recently cycling and bike packing.

Ideally I am looking for someone reliable who is employed with no kids, preferably around the same age. I'm fine with someone who has pets and you won't really need to provide anything for the house as I have essentially all of the furniture required, you will just need to provide your own room furniture and perhaps a few smaller items that I may be missing.
