Hi, my name is Tarsha.

I'm looking for long term accommodation for me and my small dog. I don't need a furnished room as I have everything I need. I'd prefer off-street parking.

I'm currently studying workplace health and safety and I work full-time in the city. My work days are long so I value and appreciate a calm and relaxed home atmosphere. Ideally looking for a place in or near Kallangur because I drop my dog off at daycare there while I'm at work.

I enjoy:
• Finding new music and artists.
• Attending shows.
• Videogames and boardgames, reading, painting and drawing.
• Taking my puppy out and about.
• Going to new cafés and restaurants.
• Museums and art exhibits and a many other things.

I'm a clean and tidy person. I'm a non-smoker and don't drink. I don't want to live in a party house. I'm open to having a chat, but equally comfortable in mutual silence.

About my four-legged bestie:
Breed: toy spoodle
Size: 7kg (he's fully grown).
Age: 2 years old.
Temperament: affectionate, intelligent, loyal, gentle spirited, and protective.
He's a very good guard dog I've discovered. He will bark to alert the household to strangers approaching the home. I've taught him not to chew on anything that is not his.
Very low to no shedding. He is professionally groomed regularly.
Toilet trained: yes.
Cat-friendly: Yes.
I never leave him home alone. He's either with me or at his pet sitters home.
