Hello!

I’m looking for a double or large room in St George or the Shire. I grew up in Blakehurst and my parents are there, so I'm keen to stay local!

Please note that my move date is somewhat flexible.

**About Me**

I am clean-living, no pets or kids. I’m a fantastic, reliable tenant/housemate to have in your home and am experienced in the sharehouse life.

I'm super adaptable to different living arrangements, enjoying a balance between quiet time and friendly chats. I've lived with people of all ages and backgrounds.

I work for myself as a consultant/Clinical Nutritionist - splitting time between meeting clients for home visits, colleagues out of home or wfh from a corner of my room. I'm also studying part-time Masters of Human Nutrition.

On the weekends I like to get out for some quality time in nature with friends.

I'm of course happy to pull my weight with cleaning/maintaining shared areas. I'm very friendly and like a good balance of seeing my housemate/s and quiet time.

I also enjoy housesitting around St George and the Shire.

I have rental references from previous landlords and a recent police check.

**What I'm looking for**

An easygoing housemate is something I really value, along with transparent communication, respect for each other and cleanliness. I enjoy a quiet, peaceful environment.

As for room size, I'm looking for a double/large room, eg. around 10-12 sqm. Needs to fit a study desk.

I like to feel "at home" and relaxed as a tenant.

**Other points**

If you have a pet, I'm happy to look after them for short periods if you if you are away and I'm home. I really enjoy living with both dogs and cats.

Budget up to $420 for a share place or more for a granny flat.
