Hello!

I’m looking for a double or large room in St George - preferably Blakehurst, Kyle Bay, Oatley, Hurstville Grove, Mortdale or Connells Point. I grew up in Blakehurst and my parents are there, so I'm keen to stay local!

**About Me**

I am clean-living, no pets or kids. I’m a fantastic, reliable tenant to have in your home and am experienced in the sharehouse life. I'm super adaptable to different living arrangements.

I work for myself as a consultant/Clinical Nutritionist - splitting time between meeting clients or colleagues out of home or wfh from my room. My schedule changes each week depending on what projects I have on. I'm also studying part-time Masters of Human Nutrition.

On the weekends I like to get out for some quality time in nature with friends.

I'm of course happy to pull my weight with cleaning/maintaining shared areas. I'm very friendly and like a good balance of seeing my housemate/s and quiet time.

I have rental references from previous landlords and a recent police check.

**What I'm looking for**

An easygoing housemate is something I really value, along with transparent communication, respect for each other and cleanliness.

I like to feel "at home" and relaxed as a tenant and enjoy a quiet environment.

I also appreciate some extra storage space - I usually store tidy storage boxes in the garage wherever I live, and park my car on the street.

**Other points**

If you have a pet, I'm happy to look after them for you if you are away and I'm home.

Budget up to $420 incl bills. Move date 17th October or potentially earlier for the right place.
