I am looking for a room to move into by 4th Nov 2025

I have a friendly, sociable cat named Lottie. She is a gorgeous 3 year old baby who is very affectionate and friendly, and very low maintenance- she is mainly and inside but can roam in enclosed backyard/courtyard. I am very conscious of vacuuming her hair and keeping her litter fresh.

I have lived in multiple share houses since 2017, and I have an excellent rental history including two properties renting solo.

I value respectful, mature relationships with my housemates. I am happy to take on shared responsibilities such as cleaning and organising maintenance, communicating with the landlord for repairs, etc.

I am open to having a friendly relationship with my housemates if we vibe, but I am fine with keeping to myself also. Communication is key and I am respectful of sleep, quiet times and rules around visitors.
Im not about a passive aggressive text message or post-it note- if something isnt right, addressing it on the spot is ideal.

Im looking for a place thats long-term (12 months plus). Im happy to sign onto a lease and complete a pet form for the real estate for Lottie (or keep her a secret and remove her for the day during inspections if this is necessary)

I am open to all lifestyles and types of human including LGBTQIA+, 420, smoking/non smoking, disability, students, unemployed, whatever- just decent respectful humans who can co-exist peacefully.
