Easy-going young woman, looking for a one-two bedroom unit/granny flat on the Sunny Coast. I am extremely house proud and enjoy keeping a clean, tidy and well maintained home and garden.

I work casually as a gardener (garden maintenance) when I am well but am home a bit of the time due to chronic health issues, though I try to get out and about each day. I receive a pension due to my health, but I am extremely financially stable and have an excellent rental history. I am looking for a new place to call home with my cats where I can enjoy space, peace and quiet.

I have two pet cats (Pope and Fernando) who are very sweet, affectionate and well house-trained. They are inside cats though they enjoy time outside in an enclosure. The cats also have excellent rental history.

I am a non-smoker. I don't drink much these days, so not a partier - though I do like having friends over for dinner occasionally.
I like to spend time in the garden/outdoors, painting, op-shopping, going to the beach, reading or listening to music.
