I'm a 36 year old professional (younger at heart) who identifies as part of the LGBTI community. I work M-F 40+ hours per week.

I am moving from the Gold Coast to Brisbane for work.

I'm friendly, down to earth, easy-going, fun, reliable and respectful of cleanliness in the common areas. I like a few drinks (more on the weekend ;)), trivia, watching movies, any type of competitive games (whether it be sports, board or card games) and out for dinners etc. I am happy to socialise and respect peoples' privacy.

I'm looking for a place to rent or find like-minded person/people to apply for an appropriate place for a 6-12 months.

I would prefer a room with an ensuite or a granny flat but it is not necessarily a requirement. The listed suburbs are ideal places but I am open to any suitable accommodation on the Gold Coast.

Ideally I’d like to bring one or two adorable furchildren although other arrangements can be made for the right place if needed.
