I'm a 36 year old professional (younger at heart) who identifies as part of the LGBTI community. I work M-F 40+ hours per week. I’m studying part time in a Masters degree which keeps me busy during my spare time.

I'm friendly, down to earth, easy-going, fun, reliable and respectful of cleanliness in the common areas. I like a few drinks (more on the weekend ;)), trivia, watching movies, any type of competitive games (whether it be sports, board or card games) and out for dinners etc. I am happy to socialise and respect peoples' privacy.

I'm looking for a place to rent or find like-minded person/people to apply for an appropriate place for a 6-12 months.

I would prefer a room with an ensuite or a granny flat but it is not necessarily a requirement. The listed suburbs are ideal places but I am open to any suitable accommodation on the Gold Coast.

Ideally I’d like to bring my two adorable furchildren although other arrangements can be made for the right place if needed.
