I am studying at the moment and finish my db diploma of counselling & community services at the end of this year. Ive had to leave my dream granny flat in central west end. Unfortuantly my elderly landlord has sold her home. I've been in deep country for 6mths doing student placement. I chose a place online to come back to bris but its not worthy of anyone living in. Then I found a lovely share accom briefly, but not much communication w my flatys plus they're So untidy. I'm looking for no more than $320 p/wk. Close 2 regular public transport.incl bills & must be furnished room w a big bed. I'm unable to go on a R.E lease only cause of my age & never been on one. I'm working caual now & p/t next year.
