I’m receiving Centrelink pay and looking for work.

Enjoy going out at least once a week for meeting with friends, writing, singing in front of audiences, watching movies and TV, colouring in.

- I'm very friendly, respect other people's spaces, and pay bills/rent on time.
- I tidy up after myself :)
- Have my own double bed, and furniture includes drawers, tv unit, bedside table, small sofa, bookcase, tv stand, tv, desk & chair, washing machine and dryer.
- Able to put a lot of that into storage but unpreferred.
- Like to cook at least three or four times a week.
- I haven’t lived with a dog before.

I'm looking for a place with a wardrobe in my future bedroom, air con unit there, bath and gas stove top.

Would prefer decent internet speed, close to public transport (as I can’t drive myself), close to shops, pharmacies and cafes :)

I’m looking for a spot in St Kilda, Balaclava, or close by.
